Paul Thornton works with managers and leaders to facilitate change with a focus on excellence. He has managed staff in small and large organisations; he has led change processes and provided coaching and mentoring to chief executives in government, the private sector and NGOs. He is the founder director of Verulam Associates, a UK based company that specializes in institutional development, governance and policy change. He spends most of his time facilitating organisational change and evaluating organisational performance.
Paul holds an undergraduate degree on Mathematics and Psychology, a masters degree in Management Development and Social Responsibility; and post graduate diplomas in Social Work and Clinical Organisational Psychology.
