Pauline is a seasoned socioeconomic development practitioner with over 25 years of hands-on development experience on both strategic and implementation levels. Her main areas of expertise include: corporate governance; strategic management; microfinance & community mobilization; agriculture value chain; staff development & management and gender related initiatives. She has excellent skills in building partnerships/collaborations for synergy in programs implementation and management, a good trainer, coach and mentor for effective performance. Pauline also has good and tested skills in organization’s start up and growth.
She is the Founder & CEO Youth Talent & Enterprise Development Centre (YTEDC) Ltd which focus on training and capacity development for institutional sustainable performance and growth. Pauline has been General Manager at Kenya Women Finance Trust and CIC Insurance Limited. Most recently she was the founder and CEO of Hand in Hand Eastern Africa, an NGO that seeks to alleviate poverty through training on enterprise and job creation.
She holds an MBA from JKUAT, Bachelor of Commerce Marketing from Egerton University and Diploma in Co-operative Management from Co-operative University of Kenya. She has attended several training programs for Continues Professional Development.
