Joyce C. Murithi is a Senior Manager in the Inclusive Finance domain with over 13 years financial inclusion experience. She holds insightful understanding of financial sector in various markets in Africa - Kenya, Uganda, Ghana, Tanzania, Nigeria and Malawi - in disciplines such as product development, marketing strategy formulation and transformation - for financial institutions, mobile money operators and non-financial providers including NGOs. Her other areas of interest are in responsible finance; social performance management (SPM) and consumer protection (CPP); and youth inclusive financial services.
