Jennifer Helmuth

Jennifer Helmuth currently serves as the Director, Human Capital for MEDA (Mennonite Economic Development Associates). She has worked with MEDA for 20 years, with a concentration on Human Resources for the past fifteen years.
In addition to leading and managing MEDA’s Human Capital initiatives and operations, Ms. Helmuth has also provided technical assistance and training in various HR functions in Angola, Afghanistan, Haiti, Kenya, Poland and Tanzania.
A graduate of Psychology and Personnel Studies from the University of Waterloo, Ms. Helmuth holds a certificate in Human Resource Management and is a member of the Human Resource Professional Association in Canada.
