Eva Kiplagat is the Managing Director and Lead Consultant at CS Consulting, a pioneer Consultancy firm committed to working with organizations to achieve Service Excellence through strategic service improvement programmes and training. She is an accomplished Customer Service Professional with over eighteen years work experience and has successfully worked with organizations across sectors to define and sustain their customer experience.
Eva's personal and corporate vision is Transforming Africa through Service Excellence and is on a mission to contribute to a paradigm shift in customer service knowledge, standards and delivery in Kenya. She is a co-founder and Board member of ICS Kenya (Institute of Customer Service Kenya), an organization dedicated to raising the profile of Customer Service by driving professionalism and performance in the industry.
Eva is an MBA graduate from Leeds University Business School, UK (1998) and is a Companion member of the Institute of Customer Service, United Kingdom. She is a Board Director and Vice Chair of Kenya Women Holding and has been recognized in the Business Daily Top 40 Under 40 Award 2011.
