CPA Anne Kimari is currently the Managing Consultant, Finebridge Associates Limited, a Consulting House that provides Financial and Business Advisory Services to SMEs and Microfinance service providers. She has over 20 years experience in the Corporate, SME and Microfinance Sector.
Anne began her career in PricewaterhouseCoopers as an External Auditor based in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam for a period of 6 years. She was the Head of Internal Audit, simultaneously the Head of Risk, and later the Transformation Project Manager and Chief Finance Officer at Faulu Kenya Microfinance Bank (Faulu) - the first institution to receive the Microfinance Bank License from Central Bank of Kenya in 2009. She went on to become the Chief Executive Officer at Jitegemee Trust (business name Jabali Microserve), a wholesale lender to institutions serving Microfinance Service Providers, overseeing Credit Risk Management at the Lender.
Anne, has trained on Risk Management in SME Banking in Germany with Frankfurt School and with a joint UNCTAD, Asia Development Bank and World Bank programme, as a Microfinance Trainer of Trainer.
She is a member of the ACCA Global Forum for SMEs since 2011. She is board member in Juhudi Kilimo where she seats on the Audit and Risk, as well as the Credit Committees, she is also a board Audit and Risk Committee Member at Kenya Community Development Foundation (KCDF) and World Vision Kenya.
